My name is Sabrina--and I'm so glad you're here. I'm a veteran, a therapist, and an animal lover at heart. Before starting my private practice, I had the privilege of working with a local community mental health agency and as part of a tri-county Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). These experiences allowed me to support individuals from all walks of life, including refugees, members of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and those living with complex mental health challenges such as trauma, ADHD, and personality disorders. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches--including psychotherapy, emotionally focused therapy, and behavioral therapy--to meet each person's unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where healing, growth, and connection can begin.

Therapy Approaches

(Commonly used, but not all)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT is a gentle, empowering approach that helps you make room for difficult thoughts and feelings, rather than getting stuck in them. It focuses on what truly matters to you—your values—and supports you in taking meaningful steps toward a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic. It’s not about “fixing” you, but about helping you live more fully, with compassion and purpose.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is an effective therapy that helps you heal from painful memories and experiences that may still feel “stuck.” Through guided eye movements or tapping, your brain can safely process and let go of what’s been holding you back. It’s a powerful way to find relief, feel more grounded, and move forward with a greater sense of peace.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a practical, supportive approach that helps you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It teaches you how to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, shift your perspective, and build healthier habits. With guidance, CBT helps you feel more in control, reduce stress, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

Harm Reduction Therapy

Harm reduction therapy meets you where you are, without judgment. Instead of focusing solely on stopping a behavior, it supports safer choices and small steps toward change that feel right for you. It’s a compassionate, respectful approach that honors your goals, values, and readiness—whether you're working toward healing, reducing risk, or simply wanting to feel more in control of your life.

Let's Talk

The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.
